How can I place an order?

If you want to buy any of our products, click "Add to cart". To finish the order, click on the basket that you will find in the upper right corner of the screen. You will access the payment page, where you can write your delivery and billing address, and choose the payment method you want.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order.

IMPORTANT: The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used and with the original packaging, garments that are dirty or give off odor will not be accepted either.

 

What size should I order?

To find out what your size is, check the measurement chart on the product page.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. If you think that the purchase amount has been deducted from your bank account and you have not received any email, check your spam or spam folder. You can contact us with anything by sending an email to contact@overplay.brand.com.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, contact the customer service department as soon as possible and have your order reference available.

 

How can I create an account?

Click "Login" in the upper right corner. Choose "Create account".

I can not log in.

If you're having trouble logging into the website, check the error message that is displayed. The most common mistake is typing in the wrong email address or password. If you wish, you can create a new password.


What if no one is there to pick up the order?

The carrier will pass again the next day. If there is a second absence, the carrier will contact you through the phone number you have provided. If not, your package will be taken to the closest Pick up point and your package will remain there for a period of 7 days to be able to pick it up.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free.


What are the turnaround times?

The delivery period ranges from 1 to 5 days for peninsular territory.

For orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Austria, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, the terms range from 3 to 7 days.


Can I send the order to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands?

Yes. But there may be differences in delivery times due to logistical reasons.

 

 

RETURNS

When can I return my order?

You can return an item up to 30 days after receiving it.

Items you want to return must not be used or washed. You can try on the items to see if they fit or meet your expectations, but if you plan to return them, make sure there are no unpleasant odors. We check all returned items for stains and odors.

When will I receive a refund?

The amount will be returned to your bank or credit card within a maximum of 7 days once the product has been verified.


How long does it take to process a return?

From the moment you deliver your order to the carrier, it can take up to a week until we receive your order at our distribution center. We review all returned orders. As soon as we have reviewed the order, we will request a refund of your payment (or part of it, depending on what you have returned). It can take up to 7 days to receive the refund, depending on the payment method used.


Can I return an order even if it does not have the original packaging?

Yes. Store the items you want to return in a shipping envelope so that they are not damaged.


Will I be reimbursed for shipping the returned items?

Shipping charges will not be refunded when the order is returned.

How do credit card payments work?
